Start now, and you'll be done well before the Christmas rush; no mealtime overhaul competing with school plays, present-wrapping or family visits. Just a calmer table, in place in good time for the holidays.
Because lasting change needs more than five weeks to bed in, every parent joining in October keeps their place in the community and full access to the parent portal for six weeks after the course ends, so you're not on your own the moment the final session finishes. Support carries you right through into 2027.
And to make joining easier, we now offer a pay-in-3 plan, spreading the cost across three instalments instead of one.

The New Year often brings a natural pull towards change, and mealtimes are no exception. If you feel like you're having the same tense stand-off at every dinner, February is a good, unhurried time to start something different, well before the spring half-term and Easter get busy.
As with every cohort, your place doesn't end when the sessions do. You'll keep your spot in our community groups and have full access to our private Parent Portal for six weeks after the course finishes, so the support carries on for as long as you need it to bed in.
