We’ll cover what, when, and how to offer food, how to set up the right environment, and how to cut out the emotional noise that can get in the way.

Discover how to help your child build confidence with new foods without pressure or battles.
We’ll unpack the real steps children go through before eating something new, explore how to offer foods in ways that boost success, and find simple ways to build food familiarity beyond mealtimes.
Week Four

Language & Food
Kids Eat with Their Ears - the way you talk about food matters as much as what’s on the plate. Learn which phrases can make picky eating worse, what to say instead, and how to respond calmly when your child refuses food - with live examples and scripts to try at home.
Week Five

Nutrition Know-How &
Meal Planning
Feel confident your picky eater is getting what they need. Learn how to assess their diet, plan balanced meals, and rotate foods to keep variety without overwhelm.
We’ll also cover smart menu planning to cut waste and the essentials on supplements - what helps, what doesn’t, and when they’re needed.
Week Six

SOS Problem Solving
(and When to Get More Help)
Know what progress really looks like and how to handle the bumps along the way.
This session tackles the most common hurdles, pitfalls, and questions parents face, plus when it might be time to seek extra support. We’ll finish with key reminders to keep your child’s feeding journey on track for the future.
